NOTE: Successful completion of Productive Office Specialist I & 2 earns students transcripted credit through CVTC. These credits may transfer to other two and four-year colleges and universities.
In this course, you will create dynamic presentations and charts/graphs to communicate information in the ever-changing business world. PowerPoint and Google Slides are much more powerful than you may know. You will learn to utilize these programs for versatile and effective presentations in school and business settings. Excel and Google Sheets will expand your abilities to interpret data and develop visually appearing charts and graphs. At the completion of this course, you will have the opportunity to have industry recognized certification as a Microsoft Office Specialist; setting you apart from others in the workplace.
Adequate keyboarding skills (30 words per minute) is highly recommended prior to taking this course.
