In this course, students will gain knowledge of mathematics that is specific and essential to working in one of these three fields. Topics specific to each career field include engine displacement for prospective auto techs, voltage drop due to resistance for linemen, and surface area and volume of a metal part for machinists.
Transcripted credit through Chippewa Valley Technical College (CVTC) is awarded to students who successfully complete the course requirements. This means that students can earn 2 credits at CVTC at no cost if they earn a C or better in the course.
